CCREF and USCC Work Together on Campaign to Keep Organics Out of Landfills

04/30/2019 10:23 AM

In an eye-catching ad campaign, the two organizations are working together to build awareness of the importance of keeping organics out of landfills to build healthier soils.  Using images showing different food being reborn, an apple becoming a tomato or a fish becoming a lemon, the goal is to grab people’s attention and then bring them to both organizations’ websites, so they can learn more about what each does and also about composting and how they can get involved.   Each ad uses cleaver headings such as "An Apple A Day Is A Tomato Tomorrow", and then shares the message  "Let's keep organics out of landfills.  Join the movement to build healthy soil for a better tomorrow.Start composting today." Thank you to the ad agency GSW for creating such visually interesting images that both organizations can use to help get this important message out.
